Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Products ship using USPS advanced shipping at a flat rate of $7.00.
We will ship Internationally at customers expense. The customer will need to contact us directly to discuss exact shipping cost and to complete their order.

Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our facility, you can track it using the tracking number sent by email.

Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please save the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
